The apartment has been restored to high standards, retaining many original features, but with all modern conveniences including central heating and comprises of:
GROUND FLOOR :
Kitchen/Diner/Lounge with original ceramic sink, fitted cupboards, full sized gas cooker, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils. A welcome breakfast pack is also provided. There is also full dining suite and a double sofa bed.
FIRST FLOOR :
Double bedroom with bedside tables, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers leading to an ensuite shower room/WC.
Guests are welcome to use the attractive gardens which are equipped with sun-loungers, several seating and dining areas and a barbeque. There is ample parking.
